CARMINA PROSECCO FROM CONEGLIANO D.O.C. “TRANQUILLO”
Made only with Prosecco grapes grown in our own vineyards.
The grapes intended for “Tranquillo” Prosecco are
left to ripen slower longer than grapes used for Spumante bases.
After a gentle squeezing, the skins are left in contact with
the must for a sufficient period of time so that the must is
enriched by the aromatic substances characteristic of Prosecco
wine. A fermentation at controlled temperatures and a suitable
maturing process makes it possible to obtain a well-composed
end product, one that is harmonious and extremely delicate.

Light, reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers and with a honey
Dry, delicate, of firm composition and balanced acidity, fruity, somewhat
tannic and with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
11.50% in vol.

10°-12° C. (50°-54° F.)
